Strengthening Relationships with Adolescent and Adult Children: EFFT Script-Building Workshop for Parents
This workshop is an opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn simple, concrete and effective strategies to strengthen relationships with their adolescent or adult child. Whetther the relationship is strong or currently strained, hands-on support will be provided in small groups, during which individual participation can be active or passive. Inspired by EFFT, opportunities to develop and review scripts for future use will also be provided, including a powerful universal apology that can be delivered by any parent to their child.
